Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes can be used. Food containing all types of cereals like rice dal and protein sources like egg soyabean or paneer also green leafy vegetable and fruits for a complete diet . Protein powder like pediasure can be started after 2 yr of age .

Give adequate water
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
