Is cerelacs good for baby. I started give cerelacs 12 to 18 multigrain mix fruits to my 14 month baby but now days he is doing potty two times a day. Is it due to this amd it almost for a week he is doing the same daily

stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 monthds of age and needs to be started gradually step by step .
stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 in dwhich a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
