is cerelac good for 6 month old baby? also pls suggest weight gaining foods.and is cow milk good for the baby

Yes you can start giving it to your baby but you should avoid giving cows milk till your baby turns one year old and now you should also start giving solids and water to your baby. In the starting few days give everything in a fluids form and with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan
