is Castor oil good for and vitamin E capsules oil good for 3months baby

dr mansi kansalMom of a 12 yr 6 m old girl6 years agoA. hello mam Vitamin E capsules are good for the skin but they only make the skin oily and do not nourish the skin from within as Vitamin E is a very big molecule and it cannot go inside the skin. castor oil is an irritating oil it is used to increase the hair growth on the scalp. unless otherwise advised by reliable source please avoid both of these things instead please use routine oils like coconut desi ghee aur mustard or olive oil.

shruti mangla gandhiMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy6 years agoA. hello, it depends on baby's skin completely. instead of castor oil, i would recommend you to use virgin coconut oil or olive oil instead. they are much better for the skin and do not have any side effects on the skin either.
