Is carrot warm or cold?

A. Hello, in order to keep the body warm, root vegetables like carrots, is highly recommend. For weaning baby it is good to give carrot puree. it is good source of vit A which is nessesary for retinal Development.

A. it's nothing like that it's better available in winters though . starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest. you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac. also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.   banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits. potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.

A. Your query is not very clear. If u r adking how to feed carrots to ur baby, then u should steam cook the carrots well and then mash it to a puree consistency and then u can feed this to your baby. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
