Is Carrot juice safe to drink in pregnancy as a source of iron ?

A. dear mam, you can drink carrot juice during pregnancy. have iron rich foods like Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. In grains Bajra, poha is good. Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses. Give seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption. Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi.
