Q.

Is calcium syrup recommended by doctor is compulsory for baby, doesn't mother's milk sufficient as source of calcium for baby? (The reason is my baby doesn't intake calcium syrup he dislikes and i feel it develops extra saliva inside his mouth that give him discomfort.
