Is buffalo milk healthy for 9 month baby?

A. Buffalo milk is not recommended for a 9-month-old baby as it is heavy to digest, high in protein, and low in essential nutrients like iron. It can also increase the risk of constipation, allergies, and anemia. At this age, your baby should continue with breast milk or formula as the primary source of nutrition. If you want to introduce dairy, you can offer curd, paneer, or small amounts of well-cooked milk in food after consulting a pediatrician. Whole cow’s milk or buffalo milk should only be introduced after 1 year of age in small quantities.
