is breastfeeding in side lying cause ear pain in newborn? I want to feed lying down, but I have someone say this, so I am struggling to feed sitting up every time. thanks in advance

harika reddyMom of a 3 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. yes it can cause . and also there are many other reasons elders don't allow us to sleep and feed . because we might fall asleep while feeding and also the baby might sleep which can lead to many problems. like nose getting closed and leads to suffocating and lack of breath

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! There can be some discomfort with prolonged periods of feeding in that position. Sit in a comfortable position and feed your baby well on demand. You can use Babyhug feeding pillow. Good luck and take care
