is Brahmi good for my 2.8 year old boy? if so, how and what dose should be given?

Hi It’s kind of an Ayurvedic things if you want to give it and you should be consulting an Ayurvedic paediatrician before you give this kind of a medicine or anything to the child is recommended to have a proper knowledge with an Ayurvedic doctor before you give any thing like this to the baby
