A. Dear Mamma, store bought powders like bournvita are highly processed and have chemicals and sugars in them which are not good for baby. Please give home made health mix powders and ragi instead

A. Hello dear parent!! Generally it is better to give plain cow or buffalo milk to the child above 1 year of age. If you want to add anything to the milk then you can make homemade almond mix that will add more value to the milk. Dry roast almonds, add few strands of saffron, cardamoms and sugar pellets/misri. Grind them together to make the most protein powder that is homemade and good for children. Try to avoid powders available in the markets. Take care
