Is. Bananas poop binder. My pedia said that raw banana are pooo binder, but well riped banana is poop smoother. Is it so

I Give khichdi, daliya, upma, curd rice all in mashed form. add veggies, give fruit purees. better to give more fruits, veggies ,instead of sweets as children don't have much likes and dislikes at this age. so they accept variety of flavors.

Dr Vinay kulkarniFather of 2 children7 years agoA. Yes with inclusion of bananas in diet stools get smoother it is true. So we can add bananas in our diet. Bananas also contain good amount of potassium . Also for soft stools our diet should ditch in fibers, give water normally.

Hello and good morning banana is rich in carbohydrates and therefore very good for the proper overall growth and development of the child it can lead to constipation You may give the baby Luke warm water with a teaspoon of honey paste and one teaspoon of manakka paste every day in the morning to solve the problem of constipation
