Is bamboo rice given to 6 months old baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. introduce any top food after 6 months complete at that time you can give bamboo rice give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it give it soft and mashed form having consistency like that of Ghee also give variety of other grains and food groups

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. Yes you can give. See if your bbay is not allergic. Intilaly simple purees like carrot, potato, banana and simple waters like rice or dal water can be given. These are easy digesting foods for baby. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal. Slowly you can add a veggie or fruit to the rice cereal this would give a different taste. One meal a day is enough for six month old baby. With few spoons of water.
