Q.
Is B4 nappy cream good ? Which antifungal cream or diaper cream is best to prevent rashes . They should be applied every time I change diapers? Recently I m using parachute coconut oil and himalaya powder, before putting diaper. Is it okay?

Dr sanjanaMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl7 years agoA. Yeah its one of d best cream available. It should be applied everytime in a thick layer. And avoid using powder as it builds up nd cause more irritation

Manish KesarkarGuardian of a 9 yr old boy8 years agoA. we have been using B4 nappy cream for a year never faced any problem but we put on diapers only during night or when going out. We ensure that we don't use diapers more than 10-12 hrs a day so no leaking issue
