Is applying vicks and giving steam is same thing during cold?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. yes, you can do it both . give steam inhalation thrice a day Rub Baby Vicks to bottom of your baby’s feet and chest at night, cover her feet with cotton socks.
