Is apple cider vinegar effective for weight lose? Then how much d quantity per day? And time also

A. Hi yes it helps bit along with that you should follow these tips- * Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day. * Have a healthy and balanced diet. * Eat short and frequent meals * Limit sugar intake to 1-2 tsp a day. * Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. * Have a good breakfast and light dinner * Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day * Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

A. Hello and good evening yes it is considered as quite effective in losing weight however if you are breastfeeding mum then take small quantity best to take it only in the morning before consumption of any other food
