mam,you should maintain good hydration at first.
offer food like khichdi, rice, fruits, natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
give liquid like coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, nimbupani,fresh fruits juice.
but please avoid force feeding or overfeeding.
and if a child is feeling exhausted ,it is better to consult your pediatrician for this.
