ExpertVarshaLactation Expert6 years agoA. It is not good to be given on regular basis. Try to avoid giving milk powder. If you are breastfeeding, please continue. If not, you can either try nuts milk or give diluted cows milk. It is better to consult with a registered dietitian who specializes with kids. If you are sure that your child doesn’t have but allergies, you can try giving it. Any milk powder is ok when you use rarely to make any desert or sweets

Shreya MitraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. If you don’t have any option and you’re using milk powder for the baby it’s okay, but otherwise it’s better you offer cows milk. Milk is mostly for calcium and protein if you’re not keen on milk you can give other sources of nutrition.
