Is Allegra used for treating cough. Doctor gave Allegra for my baby. But cough hasn't reduced.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it's not for treating cough Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

cold and cough can take around 3-9 days to cure. so no need to worry
continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. Apply babyhug rapid relief babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
