Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr old boy5 years agoA. it is one of the one of the safest medicine for acidity in pregnancy. kindly try to use it sparingly if you are not able to bear the acidity because all medicines have got side effects and tried to eat only those food which is not causing acidity
