is 96.7 or 96.8 a normal temperature

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

If the temperature is above 99f then it is considered as Fever but if it is 99f or below than that, then it's a normal temperature. If you find your baby's temperature is a bit high then please consult with a doctor. Since the baby is too young so medical intervention is required in this case.
