Q.

Is 4 month sleep regression common? because my baby's sleep routine has changed and doesn't sleep more than 2 hours in stretch

A. Yes it is as it keeps changing from time to time for initial 6 months to 1 year kids do not have a proper sleeping pardon but after the age of 6 to 7 months you can try to settle down with some kind of sleeping pattern which you can try to train your child to get into
