is 4.4kg for 3 month ok??? he is active, healthy and on breastfeed and formula mix , why his weight is not increasing

A. See you to check it as per the birth rate of the child every month we expect the child to gain a minimum of 500 g so if your child has gained that way then this is going to be a good feeding that you were giving and the weight is increasing properly otherwise you need to give more formula over breastfeeding
