If there are any high-risk pregnancy complications associated with pregnancy then after completion of 37 weeks cesarean section can be done. But if you’re going for elective Caesarean section then you can also get it done after 38 complete weeks. Once the baby crosses 37 weeks the lungs will have good maturity.
