instead of sugar we can use misri ?

A. sugar and misri are one and the same thing. you can use little amount of sugar, mishri or jaggery to add in baby's food. avoid in excess because eating habits are developed from early childhood.

A. hello, misri is same as sugar. you could use jaggery sometimes if you wish. limiting sugar is beneficial for children. dince it is sweet it is easier to grt addicted to them and then sugar harms the bofy in the future. so, please avoid processed things
