instead of egg what can I give to baby and while giving Baal prashan can I give vitamin D drops to baby, she is 1 year 8mon.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi instead of egg,you can give different dairy products, Ragi, nuts,dry fruits Etc which are good source of vitamin D give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is natural source of vitamin D
