U She just make your child sleep by 9 o’clock and wake up early as and when your child is waking up that’s the best way because that way your child will get a minimum sleep for 10 to 12 hours in a day apart from that you should give every thing healthy that you are preparing at home like the traditional food that we eat at home should be given to the child and for glowing skin like you’re talking about and you should give really good amount of fibre rich diet and fruits to the child and as much water as you can
