Infection given by doctor to baby then How to know that injection in painless or painful ???

Painful will have Pains, fever,redness, itchy, irritable, Painless is better as there won't be any fever, swelling or irritation. Painful will have fever and body pains. Both the painful or painless are just the same and nothing to worry about it. Just they differ by cost, brand
