A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just madeke the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Could be a little delay in the speech so what you can do As of now is to consult a speech therapist because a therapist can only tell you what is the issue why your child is not able to cope up and if required will advise you with the correct therapies also that you can start giving to your child and start getting them done with the doctor
