Q.

in winter my baby gets flums, due to this he vomits food. I give him more fluids along with solids.. can you please give me a solution for this or any tonic?

A. this is due to viral infection and weak immune system Frequent infections happen because of weak immune system. So you are advised to to give a proper proteins in the diet, Vitamin C rich fruits, leafy Greens & physical activity.
