In which position should I feed solid to my baby.? In sitting position or should I make him to lay down on my legs!!? and should I leave my baby to play and roam while feeding or should I make him to sit in a chair and feed him!?

A. Hi parent Sitting position (in which we used to eat) is the best. High chair also can be used. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
