In the pic left ear side of my daughter some round swelling type seen. Is it normal or not? Pahele laga koi gland Hai, but avi pahele se bara lag raha hai. Please give suggestions.

A. its only left side.

A. these are basically lymph nodes that have become palpable if the baby is having any other associated symptom related to infection you need to get your baby examined by the doctor
