In pushkaraj ragi malt, is the ragi is sprouted or what?

Mayuri JoshiMom of a 7 yr 8 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello mamma Any brand when says Ragi malt, means it’s sprouted. If not sprouted, then they say it’s plain Ragi flour Still, you can contact/mail them to confirm this

KaminiMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello Mom if it is sprouted then that should have been mentioned on the packet in ingredients column else it should be normal one. Have a look at the date and use it. Before it is used please roast it dry a bit on medium flame until you smel a nice fragrance. Ragi malt is one of the recipes that can be made form ragi, else you add this to flour, make idli, halwa etc . Receipts to give to baby. It is rich in protein and calcium so beneficial for baby
