In pushkaraj ragi malt, is the ragi is sprouted or what?

A. Hello mamma Any brand when says Ragi malt, means it’s sprouted. If not sprouted, then they say it’s plain Ragi flour Still, you can contact/mail them to confirm this

A. Hello Mom if it is sprouted then that should have been mentioned on the packet in ingredients column else it should be normal one. Have a look at the date and use it. Before it is used please roast it dry a bit on medium flame until you smel a nice fragrance. Ragi malt is one of the recipes that can be made form ragi, else you add this to flour, make idli, halwa etc . Receipts to give to baby. It is rich in protein and calcium so beneficial for baby
