this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present zfrom the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.

These are not mosquito bites because mosquito bites don’t subside like overnight or in some hours I think it could be some allergy or some reaction that your body has showed please consult your doctor your paediatrician would be able to diagnose it correctly for you
