in my baby body all over rashes and turn into red why is it happen...is it infection of blood? is it dangerous for health? can all marks gone tell me?

A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along vhwith fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soocthing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. The way they are appearing on your face and body seems like a child is either having some allergy infection or it could probably be small box kind of a thing it would be important that you have a full physical assessment with your doctor on that and go for what they suggest you further
