Q.

In my 7th month of pregnancy, my thyroid was 2. Now, my baby is 4 months old. My thyroid is 100. How has it happened? The doctor gave me 75mcg medicine. He said medication will be for a lifetime. How can I cure it and what precautions I have to take? Which food should be avoided?

A. Mam, this is difficult to say what has happened that it has it increase so much The doctor only can advisor after conducting a test for this then only you can come to know what is the right reasons and what kind of a treatment is going to be continued in the meanwhile, I’ll advise you to go ahead with yoga which is basically for thyroid issues.
