in many posts I have read to give rice and suji kheer, how can we give that without sugar and milk when we cannot directly hear formula milk and can't give cow or buffalo milk to 6 month baby

A. that's right,No Cow milk as a drink till 1 year is the point. as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. However a small amount can be used in dishes like porridge, kheer. never add formula or cook formula in baby food
