ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. Well anal sex is never safe. Not only in pregnancy.plus in first trimester women tend to have constipation,piles and fissure. All these cause further pain and even bleeding. You can have regular sex even upto the day you deliver.
