Ji aap banana de sakte hai , par koshish kar ke aap usse solids mein se matlab ki regular foods mein se de, idli. dosa , upma, poha, eggs agar prefer kare , milk avoid kare early morning mein aap stuff paranthas bhi de sakte hai .

Banana is a good fruit to be given in the morning you can give it to the child there is no problem but for Tiffin recipes and snack if you’re looking for you can actually refer to the Baby planner section in the app also I think it’s a very early age for you to enrol your child into play group it’s 2 1/2 years to 3 years of age to enroll your child
