Ma’am the white dots can be associated with numerous reasons so this why I cannot tell you what can be the issue and reason behind it which is why I’m going to advise you to find it taken assistance with your doctor regarding that with which you have an understanding of the problem and the solution on that basis can be suggested by your doctor itself
