NL DMom of a 10 m old girl9 months agoA. Ask your doc to prescribe you protein supplements. Also you need to check why your baby is not gaining weight. If you’re eating enough and yet the baby is not gaining weight the doc will usually ask you to do certain ultrasounds. For now don’t stress much, consume plenty of protein and stay hydrated.

Plenty of proteins you should consume along with a balanced diet you should have veg and non veg protein what you have eggs are very good so you can have two eggs every day if you want full egg you should have and if also you can talk to your doctor they can advise you with something to increase the weight of your child
