im suffering from piles.can i eat dry grapes

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello, yes you can have dry grape( munnaka). soak some munnaka in water over night and have it in next morning. Heve high fiber diet. Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage. -Regular exercise can help reduce anal fissures as it prevents constipation. - Use Xylocaine Topical anesthetics, can be used before a bowel movement to reduce pain caused by anal fissures. -Do consult your doctor

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Yes you can have black kishmish it's good for constipation and is rich in fibre soak in the night about 30 - 35 pcs of black kishmish and have this in the morning also have a fibre rich diet

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children7 years agoA. as dry grapes are hot in nature I think you should avoid it till the time you are suffering from the piles have normal fruits which are full of fibre and lots of water and the things which are cold in nature so that you can get relief
