Q.

im Shirisha im pregnant and 3rd month is going on...im feel so weak...no energy always heaviness...unable to breath properly....what could be the reason...i already have a kid of 2 years age and this is second pregnancy.

A. hi mom u need to consult with your gynecologist for proper examination and investigation to diagnose the cause of weakness .. get ur hb and tsh levels checked .. tc

You should take all the supplements like multivitamin calcium I don’t have a good amount of proteins into your daily that still if you feel like this only then you talk to your Dr maybe they can advise you with any other health supplement which you would be requiring at this time because this is important for you to have proper health supplements during this timeWrite Your Answer Here
