A. usually milk is Never low.. your body makes milk as per baby suckling reflex . the More frequently you feed.. More will be production and vice versa. still you should take iron calcium and multivitamins and cap lactare regularly for 2-3 months

A. If There helping you increase in increasing your lactation then you can continue taking them for a month or two depending upon how your situation is and if you feel that it is enough for you then you can stop otherwise you can continue with it for 2 to 3 months as well
