im giving paracetamol p-125 1ml is it ok to give for my 10 months old girl n her weight was low too

please avoid self medication,as it can be harmful.
anyways ,as you have already given it ,if your child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry.
but next time , please consult your pediatrician before giving any type of medicine to your child.
