im a working mother and i have to resume my duty from August...my baby will be completing his 4 th month on 12th of this month...should i start weaning him.. slowly & gradually as exclusive breastfeeding may not be possible afterwards....

A. Dear mum, even after joining work, you can continue to breastfeed baby exclusively. Breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back from work. While at work, baby should be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room and 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours. Avoid weaning till 6 months.
