Q.

Im 8 months pregnant with my second baby. My first baby was born 20 days earlier but he weighed 3.25 kgs. But my second baby’s weight is at lower side. Doctor says only around 2.75-3 kgs baby will be weighed at time of birth. Im really worried how can I increase my baby’s weight.

A. since now you are just in 8 month it is not very much to be worried about you can start with protein and take which will help increase the baby weight and maintain a good diet plan along with adequate water intake also

A. But that’s a decent weight gain that your child is going to have it’s not a problem try to have more of healthy diet as of now you can consume proteins like veg and non-veg both as per your choice and that’s going to help even if your child is born with two. 75 kg and that is good enough it’s not a problem
