Q.

Im 27yrs old. after delivery, tummy becomes saggy and hard. i want to reduce my weight, I didn't take steps yet becoz of exclusive breastfeeding.Now My baby is six month old.shall i start my exercise and diet plan?? And please suggest diet plan.

A. dear Mum, yes you can begin to exercise and plan your diet for losing weight. eat mindfully, reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps
