Q.

if women is overweight how does that impact pregnancy? I am more worried about carrying baby as I already have belly. this will be second pregnancy...

A. it is always better to loose weight before conceiving again ..because obesity is related to many complications in pregnancy such as diabetes hypertension macrosomia..but if u have already conceived then try not gain excessive weight
