Q.

if we start taking lactare tablet for production of milk..we should use regularly to produce or it will simulates and will produce mire

A. you can take as prescribed more you feed your baby, more is the stimulation and more is the breast milk production. also relaxed mind , love for the baby, confidence while feeding help in oxytocin release and hence augment milk production. maintain good diet, hydration.
